Family Oriented
Phillip and Linda Ramos established Field Lining Systems, Inc. in 1983. They sought to establish a source of opportunities for their family that would benefit both current and future generations. The title of president has been transferred to their daughter, Kristy Ramos-Lagunas. Kristy has gained an understanding of the organizational structure of her parents’ company by working in nearly every department of FLSI. She maintains the tradition of delivering exceptional customer service, fabricating, and installing containment systems and products. There are numerous family members who have contributed to the FLSI team over the years, and many of them continue to work for FLSI. The younger generation of the family continues to hold positions within FLSI to this day. Perpetuating the family tradition of exceptional customer service and quality.
Founded With a Purpose
Since inception, FLSI has worked in the containment of solutions industry. Through the many years of quality work and project performance, we’ve adapted many different methods of containment both from new products from our suppliers and internally. We went from flexible fabrication and installation to rigid plastic fabrication in order to meet and exceed our clients needs for their projects. We’re a very flexible company that makes it our priority to meet every clients needs with innovative ideas using the best technology.
Quality Runs Deep
From the beginning, FLSI has kept up with industry standards in quality work and safety and often times exceeded what is required. Using the latest techniques, tools and equipment, we provide the utmost quality control and quality assurance in the industry. Having our enclosed fabrication shop gives us the ability to provide pre-fabricated panels for our installation crews to rapidly install large panels at a time to limit outdoor welding, testing and repairs. It also provides our crews to install at an accelerated rate than what’s industry standard.
